Evans Tire

I’ve come to Evans Tire Center - National city branch many times, and every visit has been a great experience. The team is not only skilled and reliable but also genuinely kind and considerate especially the Store Manager Emanuel Ortiz. They always take the time to help and explain things. I feel confident bringing my car here and I’m so thankful for their service.

Today was my first visit to Evans, and I received excellent service from both the person who greeted me at the counter and the people who worked on my car. I was very satisfied with the service, the friendliness, and the speed of the service. I'm sure I'll be back for an alignment soon. I recommend this place for its friendly and professional staff.

Javier was so pleasant and professional. Very knowledgeable too. He has great customer services skills. I always like the services he and mechanics provides, so stress free! Please give him a big raise! And a bonus to the mechanics who serviced my vehicle. Great Job!!

When I got there the stick was full of oil so either they refilled it with oil when I wasn’t there because when my car was towed to the shop the oil stick was d…

Made an appointment online, same day appointments available. For cyber monday, made the appointment the day before. It is very convenient and easy. Not to mention a coupon for an oil change of only $18.99 for convential oil change before fees and taxes. Cyber monday deal was $19.99 for full synthetic! The coupon also allowed for a free vehicle inspection. They did have a waiting room, and while it was not freezing cold, It was cooler than being outside. I received a text message regarding my vehicle inspection and then informed my vehicle was finished, paid, and then received my keys, and I was off. Very friendly customer service and appointment getting in and out quickly. This was my firs…
