Although they may have the best pricess. They broke my lug while replacing a tire. They sent me to AUTO SERVICE off telegraph canyon road where they fixed the lug but now my wheels make noise when I back up. I have spent gas, time and missed my appointment now (I'm disabled). I went back to advised them, no compensation offered no discount just am oh well. Oh well how about you send you customers to a more reliable place. A place with better standards. You could have given me a coupon or discount on something I can use to make up for it. I would have never went to that AUTO service place if it wasn't for you guys first breaking my lug.

I had a great experience here at Discount Tire! The gentlemen at the front desk and the mechanics took great care of my Miata and helped me get 4 brand new Yokohama tires and new rims. They were very professional and friendly and the store plays awesome 80’s music. I highly recommend coming here!
